What is Headwaters and who is it for? Headwaters is a gathering for 4th, 5th & 6th grade kids interested in having fun and learning about God. As of September 7th, 2011, Headwaters will be happening Wednesday nights in the Dugout (youth room) at First Baptist Church of Yarmouth. For those of you who do not know where the Dugout is, it is in the church basement. Just follow the signs to the Youth Office and you'll find it. Headwaters is a time for kids to have fun playing games, as well as learn foundational truths about God and the Bible. Each week, time will be taken to hear key Bible stories, learn the books of the Bible and memorize meaningful Bible verses. This environment is designed to act as a stepping stone for elementary aged kids who will progress into the teen years with a better foundation for middle and high school.
